2026 GMBA Rep Tryouts
*Players must attend all tryouts days until they are either offered a spot on a roster or released by the coach.*
Stage 1: Pre-tryout Evaluations - There will be two evaluations per age division held at an indoor training facility, each player only needs to attend one. These tryouts will be organized by GMBA in collaboration with The WAR Room. When you register for tryouts you will be prompted to select which day you will be attending. No player will be released after just the evaluations. The coaches for your age group will reach out to you prior to your on field tryout with further information.

Stage 2: On-field Tryouts - These tryouts are on-field and run by the coaches of the age division. Dates, times, and locations are posted below. All athletes are invited to day 1 of the on-field tryouts, after which point the 5-digit unique code received in pre-tryout evaluation emails will be used and posted on our website, to communicate who is invited back to the subsequent tryouts. If you do not have your code, please contact [email protected].

Do I Need A Release to Tryout for a GMBA Team?
ICBA and COBA have implemented revised boundaries pending ratification by the OBA rep council. Please complete the residency checker to determine if you require a release to tryout in Guelph.

Players must be registered prior to participating in any tryout. If you require a release that must be submitted to [email protected]. The player will be turned away if not registered or have provided the proper documents.
