Guelph Minor Baseball Association (GMBA) is now accepting applications for Rep team coaches for the 2026 season:

- 8U - two teams
- 10U - third select team
- 14UT2
- 15U - second selected team

Our coaches play an essential role in shaping the experience for players and families. Beyond teaching the game, we’re looking for leaders who can manage team dynamics effectively and foster a positive, supportive, and fun environment where players enjoy being part of the team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Coaches who value sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork.

  • Leaders who can build team chemistry and keep players and families engaged.

  • Individuals who are organized, committed, and collaborative.

  • Previous coaching experience is an asset, but not required—training and support are available.
